Lauren works directly with companies to provide education, training, and consulting about making organizational evaluations (e.g., hiring, performance evaluations, promotion decisions) more effective and equitable. Her clients have included a variety of top law, finance, and tech firms. She also partners with companies to provide training in making effective and equitable decisions, leading and motivating teams, and leading organizational change.
